We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, our returns process is simple.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, products must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
If items are returned damaged, used, or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a restocking charge.

3. Return Process

Securely repackage the items.

Post the goods back to us using a tracked delivery service.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
